1. The first time I was obsessed with Iago, I was 12 and my parents accepted it a little. They would make fun of it, but they'd also watch the series with me. Then I became re-obsessed when I was 15, and my parents got really mean and even made me cry once. After a month, I had found a 24-year-old Aladdin fan and became friends with her, and from that time on, my parents realized they couldn't do anything about my obsession. They still use it as an argument when they're angry at me, but we all know I don't care anymore. And the fact that my mum gave me the Iago plushie for my birthday shows that she's given up on it. 2. My mum has no room to talk here, since she's working at the computer all day. My dad fusses about me sitting at the computer all the time, but he doesn't do more, so I'm fine. I do feel a little guilty, but I just don't know what else to do. The TV only shows crap, and what can I do outside? Drive up and down the road with my bicycle? How exciting. 3. It's a good thing that my mum loves the Internet as much as I do. She's warned me about crazy people on the Internet, but she also knows that you can find friends there. And I do have friends in the real world, they are just not that close, I don't spend much time with them outside school. 4. As long as my school work and health don't suffer from it, I can use the Internet as long as I want. Should I ever do too much, my mum can just cut my Internet connection, and I surely don't want that to happen, so I obey the rules. And since I'm pretty ambitious and care for my grades, I won't let the Internet affect them anyway. About the sleeping deal, I think I really pushed it a little too far during last vacations in February, with staying up till 3am and all. I'm trying to get better. Jas - I know it's hard, but try to just don't care for what they say. You're an adult, you have the right to decide for yourself what to do and what not to do. I, for one, have found a lot of people on the Internet who agree with me about the points we just talked about, so I don't need my parents to agree with me anymore.
It's a crime is what it is. My co-worker Melissa is a blonde, blue-eyed size zero who spends all of her shifts eating candy and drinking Mountain Dew. And she claims to have pizza, chicken wings, and other greasy food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
I eat a hell of a lot less than her, and I'm a hell of a lot bigger than her! Life is now officially unfair!

Everyone who knows how tall I was as a kid asks me what happened? I shrug and laugh. My 14 year old sister is several inches taller than me and the 10 year old doesn't have too much farther to go.

I couldn't even wear kids clothes when I was a kid. I grew too tall real quickly in elementary school and then never grew again. I went from always being the tallest girl in my class to being the shortest.

I also have a friend like that. Makes me a little jealous. But she can't find stuff that fits her either, cause she's too small.

I understand you. Not attract too much attention to it, huh? But I hate to go shopping because nothing I want would fit me. It seems only half-starved, small girls are supposed to wear the nice stuff.
Of course, they only come to you when they need you to do something. Or when they think you should be doing something, although they could do it themselves.

That's the same with me. I told someone how much I weigh, and they went "Are you serious? You don't look like it." I was so suprised, I thought one can tell that I weigh much.
Oh, I'm sorry. And I know how it feels - thank god I've got my own room, so I am alone most of the time.

Ahh, I see. I also actually don't eat that much, that's why I don't gain weight. But to lose it, I'd have to work out.
Good luck!
