DP and I went on a search for more covers (cause I thought that was hilarious ) and she found they did the same thing with Pocahontas even though it was just from her shoulders up |

LET ME TRANSELATE IT FOR YOUR GUYS:
They are the covers of the aladdin middle east VHS:
Jasmine's Wish
Garden Of Evil
The Weird Mask
(this collection is missing the 4th jasmine VHS that was called "The Winner Gets Aladdin" ill try to scan it for you later.
Creatures Of Inventian
Genie In A Jar
Treasures Of Doom
(this collection is also missing "Aladdin To The Rescue" and "Magic Makers".
The last one is "Aladdin and the King of Thieves"
about the covers coz the main disney VHS office is in "Saudia Arabia" so all the tapes comes out from there has jasmine's belly covered but ofcourse from the inside its normal...same goes to the little mermaid. But now days they stopped doing that these tapes came out back in 1994, and can be hard to found anymore. |

In response to AladdinsGenie, Disney is respecting the Islamic law (when it comes to the bearing of a woman's skin), hence Jasmine's clothing. |
Then they missed a few boxes didn't they? There's an arial view in that 5th one and I see her stomach in that 6th one |

Yes, the last one is Kot...'reversed', as the text is right-to-left. Arabic (and Hebrew) translated movies are known to sometimes have this.

Nope! They still haven't released it. Those videos and some stuff on the princess dvds is all we have on DVD.
I still can't get over they covered up her top. I mean, I know why, but I can't grasp the concept of Jasmine wearing a t-shirt. I wonder if the cartoon is like that, too |

The one on the far left seems to be the "Winner Takes Aladdin" tape/DVD that wasn't released here in Region 1..."SandSwitch" is on that one; I forget what the other one is.
If the next few are the same as R1, the 2nd one is "Jasmine's Wish," which had the episodes "Do the Rat Thing" and "Bad Mood Rising," the 3rd one is "The Greatest Treasure," with "Garden of Evil" and "Elemental, My Dear Jasmine,"...and...NO FAIR, it looks like Arab nations got The Ethereal released! I wish I could translate the text, still...
Oh, and the last one is obviously KoT.

The ones with the crown are from the Princess Stories "Jasmine's Wish", etc. and the others are from Aladdin's Arabian Adventures. That last one is KOT's cover. |
