I kind of got the impression that the Broadway show was completely separate from AAMS? Hopefully they're just sharing, it seems like someone would be up in arms about it if it wasn't. (Although maybe that's supposed to be us. )
If they're still casting people for AAMS this year, presumably it's sticking around.
That's great news! Yes agreed, that's dang good evidence that AAMS ain't going anywhere, for some time at least
It's all the more cool that this new guy is from my home state
. Thanks for sharing!

Post subject: DCA Hyperion Theater 2013 - No Aladdin Musical?!
Hi All,
According to this post,
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3030356,
the Candlelight Processional is moving to DCA's Hyperion Theater in 2013. When I heard the news, my immediate thought was-- what about the Aladdin musical?!?
I thought I'd ask if anyone's heard anything. I chased down a few other sources, all only mention CP and don't go so far as to discuss the fate of Aladdin. I'm hoping it's just a sharing arrangement (i.e. Aladdin during daytime, CP at night).....
Then again maybe they're gearing up to send out the musical out to Broadway (like they started doing in Seattle, Utah, etc.)? (thanks to AladdinsGenie for that point).
