That was a cover version sung by Patti Lupone and the rest of the cast.
Yes that is Maylim Bialik, though I don't know what movie or TV series it's from. |

Both Scott and Kellie were 17. |
Ironically, Scott Weinger is a little bit over 1 week older than Kellie Martin. |

Since we're on the topic of finding random things with Aladdin castmembers... this is from The Making of Aladdin: A Whole New World, a VHS released in 1992 about the making of the film. It was hosted by John Rhys-Davies, who filmed all of his stuff over in Morocco at Epcot.
Ignore the low-quality of the screencap, since I got it by taking a picture of the TV screen with a digital camera:
