How many topics can we make? I tried to do one, and it said I had too many topics.

What error message are you getting? Are you sure it's not the one where you try to post more than once a minute?

I'm positive it says something like, "You are trying to post too many options for this poll."

Oh, you mean poll options, not topics. I thought you meant it told you you'd made too many threads.

Once again, it's phpBB default, I can't do anything about it....
