That's exactly what came to mind when I first saw the link on Yahoo, too... I tried to Google where it's located because I would love to have my picture taken there but had no luck in finding it. Does anyone know where it's at?

It was painted by Kurt Wenner in Bettona, Italy. But oh my God, I thought the kids were real when I first posted. But I think the kids are actually part of the painting! If you look at this link, and scroll down, you'll see the artist made other paintings with 3D people in them:
