I’ve used it once before to redeem points and get an Aladdin poster around the time of the blu-ray release:
But I still had to pay for it ($9.99) and the shipping ($3.99). Having an account just gave me access to it, but maybe that's changed.
It did, however, produce a hilarious email:

| Yeah, I use it some times. Got the poster in the last post before mine, a plush of Captain America and a few other things with it. |
