Do you guys have like a special program to animate your avatars or custom your signature? What program do I need to create one? My microsoft Paint is not helping me? What about Apple computer programs? Does anyone has an Apple? |

That's a free program for animating avatars, but it's for Windows. Programs like Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop can be bought to edit the images. Gimp is a free software that supposedly does similar editting to what they do, but I could never figure out how to work it. _________________

This is what it says.
[quote]Once saved, the resulting animated GIF file should be playable in most web broswers, including but not limited to Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator.[/quote
Is there more than one IE? |

That's saying that the gif (the animated avatar you make) should be able to seen in most internet browsers - including IE. _________________
