I apologize if this has been asked before, but I have been wondering if there is an official timeline for the entire Aladdin saga, movies and series included. I know certain episodes can be used as guideposts. For example, "Forget Me Lots" is one year after the movie and "The Book of Khartoum" is one year after "Some Enchanted Genie". But I have never seen anything written anywhere. Granted, I've been out of the loop for several years, but none of the sites I've visted recently have anything.

This is just been something I've been contemplating for myself, especially if I ever decide to write (and finish!) another fanfic. (And, yes, I do have an idea for a story. Scary, huh?)

As far as I know no one has a timeline for the entire Aladdin saga yet.

I've tried it a few times, but like Heather said, it's never been finished.

We know that "The Return of Malcho" definetly follows "Lost City of the Sun" and "Snowman is an Island" due to the presence of the Mamluk sprite and Kutato's doorknockers.

And "Love at First Sprite" is after "Lost and Founded".

And of course the whole villain episode after debuts issue, which is so obvious that I don't know why I just mentioned it.

- The Citadel (probably), it's assumed we know about Quarkistan already

The Citadel has to be before...
- The Secret of Dagger Rock, The Wind Jackals of Mozenrath, When Chaos Comes Calling, Vocal Hero, The Lost City of the Sun, The Book of Khartoum, and Two To Tangle because of Mozenrath (WCCC near the beginning if possible? Moze is referred to as "someone new")
- Night of the Living Mud, because Aladdin has recently fought mamluks

A Clockwork Hero has to be before...
- The Flawed Couple, because Mechanikles mentions being thrown off a cliff by Aladdin (maybe The Love Bug instead?)
- Armored and Dangerous and While the City Snoozes, because of Dominus Tusk

To Cure a Thief has to be before...
- A Clockwork Hero, Scare Necessities, the Flawed Couple, and the other Skull and Dagger episodes I can't remember the names of right now (probably), TCaT seems like it's introducing the Skull and Dagger
- Scare Necessities, Vocal Hero, and Sneeze the Day because of Amin

Do the Rat Thing has to be before...
- While the City Snoozes, since Jas doesn't know Fasir in the first one, but does in the second
- To Cure a Thief (probably), DtRT seems like it's introducing the Thieves' Guild

- Poor Iago, because Iago gives away a cup from the temple of Amok Mon-Ra

(Note: SoaD and WCCC should be closer to the end, since in both it's said that Mirage has tried to destroy Agrabah/Aladdin many times)

- Love at First Sprite (probably) : "You're in a vortex! A time vortex! I remember that episode..." (Could also be The Sands of Fate, but only LaF specifically referred to it as a vortex.)

The Lost City of the Sun has to be before...
- Black Sand and Two to Tangle, because those eps show Moze's skeletal hand
- The Return of Malcho, since Aladdin dreams about a mamluk-sprite

- A Clockwork Hero, because of Waheed
Note: Anyone good at judging ages of kids? Because if anyone could figure out how old Al was in the flashback, we could figure out approximately when the ep took place

- The Night of the Living Mud and Sneeze the Day because of the al-Muddi

- Do the Rat Thing (probably); Jas doesn't know who Fasir is, but the story seems to presume we know him already. Iago didn't see him, so no prob there.
- Caught by the Tale, since a couple of the stories in it were based on the events of this ep
- The Sands of Fate, since everyone knows Fasir
- Hero With a Thousand Feathers (probably), since Iago seems to recognize Fasir
- Eye of the Beholder (probably), it's assumed we already know who Fasir is
- Forget Me Lots, Air Feather Friends, Caught By the Tale, Smolder and Wiser, The Seven Faces of Genie, Egg-Stra Protection and all the other Haroud episodes (probably), it seems like TPM is introducing Haroud

- When Chaos Comes Calling, because of the reference to "lava monsters"

Note: The Return of Malcho is probably *very* soon after both SiaI and The Lost City of the Sun; if Al is dreaming about both the doorknocker and mamluk-sprites; they're probably still fresh in his mind

Some Enchanted Genie must be before...
- The Book of Khartoum, it is exactly one year since Genie and Eden met
- Two to Tangle, because of a reference to gumdrop and pepperoni pizza

The Spice is Right has to be before...
- Sea No Evil, As the Netherworld Turns, and The Shadow Knows, because everyone knows Ayam Aghoul
Note: This has been bugging me: at the end of TSIR, Ayam is trapped in the necklace, but in all the later eps he comes back from the Netherworld, where Aladdin has supposedly banished him. When did that happen? Are we missing an episode?

Stinker Belle has to be before...
- Smells Like Trouble, since Brawnie and Uncouthma marry in SB and have a son in SLT. There's probably a *lot* of time, since Bud's so old

Strike Up the Sand has to be before...
- SandSwitch, Sadira and Aladdin have already met

A Sultan Worth His Salt has to be before...
- From Hippsodeth, With Love, because of the Galafemmes

That Stinking Feeling has to be before...
- Snowman is an Island and Stinker Belle, because they're coming back from Odiferus
Just a note on that: in none of the Odiferus eps do Al, Genie, Iago, and Abu go there without Carpet or Jasmine, so either they went some other time we don't know about, or Jas had to come back early after Stinker Belle and took Carpet with her
- Power to the Parrot, since they have Odiferan cheese at the palace
- Stinker Belle and The Way We War, since everyone already knows Uncouthma
- When Chaos Comes Calling (probably), because it's mentioned Aladdin has fought plant monsters (unless Jasmine was referring to Arbutus, and I doubt she'd call *him* a monster)

The Way We War has to be before...
- Smells Like Trouble (probably), since it seems like they're introducing General Gouda in TWWW and we're supposed to know who he is in SLT

Web of Fear has to be before...
- When Chaos Comes Calling, reference to giant spiders

I think When Chaos Comes Calling is before the Mo eps because Genie refers to him as "Or someone new." Then again, it could be a goof.
