The Treasure will boast a Grand Hall atrium themed around the movie “Aladdin,” featuring each of Princess Jasmine, the Genie, and Aladdin, with real-world influences from Africa and Asia, and paying homage to the fictional land of Agrabah with its gilded palaces.

The signature central statue will feature Aladdin and Jasmine on their magic flying carpet.

Let's goooo

I showed this to Mattan and he said "Looks dope. But just imagine 2,000 kids bumping into it and sneezing and crying and yelling all over it." Laughing #killjoy

That might be why they're situated over the greenery so it's harder to touch but come on they think I'm NOT gonna try to touch Aladdin's hand going up those stairs? Laughing

But that Grand Hall looks so pretty with all the lights leading up from Carpet! Would have preferred if it was Jasmine's balcony above the stage but I get where they were going with it though.

My thoughts too!

Tbh I kinda feel honored that they're making Aladdin such a big part of this. That could have been any ballroom or castle <3

I guess they figured we deserve something after 30 years of existence Laughing

I wish we had more details. I'm seriously considering saving up..

A look inside the rooms!

tbh I like the staterooms better than the royal suite, but maybe that's just me.

Tough call because I'm a sucker for Jasmine's teal & gold combo...

I agree with Meesh, a lot of those rooms are super pretty and hard to choose between. Damn, I guess I really need to start saving up for next year... Maybe we should have a casual Aladdin Central meetup on a cruise ship? Laughing

Oh, I love the teal and gold combo, but I'm not crazy about some of the decorations in the dining/sleep area (they seem kinda generic) and the royal suite says it's inspired Rajah but I'm not really getting those vibes. However, if that bathroom below that picture is Aladdin themed it's perfect for Jasmine.

I've been seriously considering it Laughing. I think the maiden voyage is December 21st though, so maybe right after the holidays?

I looked at the images in the article again and am also confused how it supposed to be inspired by Rajah. I don't really see any elements of tiger in the design, but that bathroom is gorgeous.

I have never been on a Disney Cruise before (have you AG?), but am curious what the cost would be. I would love to go on this one and see all of the Aladdin elements. Very Happy

I have been on a cruise, but not a Disney one. I imagine it's in the range of about $2.5K for a five day trip at the highest with everything included? I'm getting that estimate from here: https://magicguides.com/disney-cruise-cost-per-person/

I don't hate it! Smile The intro's a little chestnut-y but the vibes are good
