I have been thinking about the way Agrabah the city that is the center of Aladdin It has changed through various adaptations, from the original animated film to the live-action version and beyond. While the fundamental aspects of the city have remained but there are many variations in the way Agrabah is depicted with regards to changes in the culture, architecture, and even the structure of its political system.

What do you think of these changes? How do you feel the various versions of Agrabah are a reflection of the time that they were made? Is one version truer or more "true" to the original than the other versions?
