Has anyonoe here wondered if Aladdin had been in the dungeon before? I mean, Abu knew where to find him and everything.
And how do you suppose Jafar knew about the secret way out? Or do you think he build it or something?

From what we've seen in the series, there are a few secrets about the palace that only a few people (guards, possibly sultan if he is sane enough to remember  ) know about. Rasoul knows of a few shortcuts and whatnot.
Aladdin has been in the dungeon past the first movie, but who only knows before that. |

We don't know when Abu found him except that it was at night; Aladdin was arrested around sunset, so it might have taken him hours to find Aladdin down there...
